Physical Exam for Siddartha

All those who passed the written test, now underwent physical test. There was running, high jump, firing, etc. Siddartha came first in all. Commando called him and said, “You have stood first in all. Now you have to pass the oral test that’s all. You will be appointed as captain in anti-terrorist force. Wish you best of luck.”

He shook hands with Siddartha. “Thank you sir.”

Amrita is in no mood for practice

Amrita came to the shooting academy ground. She searched for Siddartha. But he was not there. She felt bad. Suddenly, Rana, who was doing supervision, came near her. “Hallo, Amrita. Sorry for yesterday’s incident.”

Looking at him sadly, Amrita said, “I must say that to Siddartha, sir.”

Feeling bad, patting her back, Rana said, “What happened was most unfortunate. But you must forget it. Come let us practice.”

They went to the shooting point. Rana prepared the gun and gave it to her. “Fire at the target, let us see.”

 But Amrita was not in the mood. She had come hoping to meet Siddartha. Now that he was not there, she had lost her mood to do anything. She said sadly, “Sorry sir. I don’t have the mood.”

Rana looked at her understanding her mood. “Ok. No problem.”

He took the gun from her. Amrita left without saying anything.   

Staring at her go, Rana thought, “Somewhere something is wrong. That is why that incident took place.”
