39. Amrita is rescued

CHAPTER 39

Amrita is rescued

It had already become dark. Siddartha climbed up the hill and reached the old house. Four men were standing guard with guns in 4 sides outside the house. Siddartha went behind each and put his hand on their mouth. He twisted their neck. He attacked them in Kung-fu style. He took one AK-47 gun and entered the house.

Siddartha fired at the men and attacked them.  He killed all the terrorists except Jilani and two more terrorists. He tied up their hands. Then he looked at Amrita. He released her. She was very happy. She leaned on his chest and cried.

Suddenly the satellite rang. Siddartha picked it up. It was the HM. 

HM said sadly on phone, “I am HM speaking for our government. We are ready to release Afzal. Don’t do anything to the girl.”

Siddartha gave the cell to Amrita and said, “HM is speaking. You talk to him.”

Happily, with new spirit, Amrita said, “Sir, please give the phone to my father.”

But Ranjit was not there. HM said, “Your father is not here, my dear. Don’t worry. We have agreed to the terrorist’s demands and you will be freed soon.”

Happily, Amrita said, “Sir, I have already been rescued by champion Siddartha.”

HM is shocked. “What are you saying?”

Happily, Amrita said, “Sir, Siddartha will tell you all about it.”

She gave the phone to Siddartha.

Siddartha told HM on phone, “Sir, this is what happened.”

He told HM all about what had happened. He told him how he had rescued Amrita.

HM was very happy. He said on phone, “Thank you very much. You have done a great service to India.”

Siddartha said, “I have only done my duty as an Indian.”
